Preparation

Boil some chopped potatoes. Sautee potatoes, onions, parsley (optional), and chives (optional) in olive oil & butter, cooking on low heat. Add one garlic clove after onions have turned translucent. Add salt & pepper to taste. Optional: After this has finished cooking, scramble some eggs into it.
