Saifun Noodle with Chinese Mushroom

Preparation

1. Boil a medium-size pot of water. add noodles. cover for 20 minutes. (or follow instruction to soften noodles on the pack) Drain, and cut them into shorter strings. 2. Soak Chinese mushroom in a bowl of hot water for 15 minutes. Then cut in small pieces. 3. Chop onion and snow peas. 4. Heat the skillet over medium-high to high heat. Add 3 tablespoons oil.Saute onion and mushroom. 5. pour a little bit of sesame oil & stir evenly. 6. Add snow peas. 7. Add saifun noodle and mix well. 8. season with salt, soy sauce, pepper. 9. serve hot.
