Preparation

Saute this diced onions in the butter until transparent. Add milk and remaining ingredients and simmer on low heat, stirring continually to avoid scorching. Cook on medium low heat until the potatoes are completely cooked, approximate 15-20 minutes. Leave out the corn if you only want Potato Chowder.
