Corned Beef and Cabbage

Preparation

Boil a hunk of corned beef for 4 hours. Take it out of the water/juice, top with brown sugar, then bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes. While baking, cut-up cabbage (in large pieces), potatoes, and carrots, then boil in the corned beef juice for 45 minutes.
