Toms Bread Dressing

This can be served with any poultry or Pork

Sauté Onions, Celery and Garlic in the butter until softened. Tear the bread into a large bowl (can be done a day or two in advance), and add the Parsley, Poultry Seasoning, Salt, Pepper, and Accent. Mix the dry mixture to disperse the seasonings throughout the torn bread. Pour the sautéed Onion, Celery, Garlic and heated Chicken Stock mixture over the bread, and mix thoroughly to evenly disperse through the bread. Mixture should be moist and slightly sticky. Add additional boiling water/stock if needed. Stuff into the cavity and neck of the turkey, and bake until the turkey is done.

An alternative method is to place the stuffing into a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake at 350 F for 1 ½ - 2 hours.
